类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病，免疫系统攻击关节组织，引起炎症、疼痛、关节损伤和残疾。凯夫扎拉是一种可注射的白细胞介素-6（IL-6）受体拮抗剂，可单独给药或与其他抗风湿药物联合使用。该药由赛诺菲和Regeneron共同销售。
